We’re looking for a highly motivated and organized HR Trainee to strengthen our HR team. The HR Trainee will work closely with the HR team to learn and assist with a variety of HR functions including recruiting, onboarding, HR admin, HR policies and procedures.

As a HR Trainee at Codit you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience and develop your skills in the broad HR field.

Jouw takenpakket

Assist with the recruiting process:
- Sourcing & headhunting
- First contact with applicants
- Participation in in-depth HR interviews
- Feedback management towards candidates
- Manage our internal ATS
Assist in onboarding new hires
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and documentation
Support the HR team with various projects and initiatives
Help to maintain and update HR policies and procedures

Jouw profiel

You have/are currently obtaining a bachelor’s degree in HR
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
You have the ability to communicate with people at all levels in a professional and mature manner
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
You are a team player and are able to work independently
You have a passion for IT and new technologies
